Terri Taylor, ASID, and Senior Design Associate, Gerri Durkin, were interviewed in an article on commercial property improvements. The article focused on helping tenants make the right decisions when improving their leased space, and discussed the use of upgrades that could move with the tenant when they relocate.
Minimal improvements to leased space, such as an update to color palettes and lighting improvements should take into consideration the use of a company's corporate branding issues that contribute to its identity. Corporate colors can then be integrated into the interior design package and environmental graphics to create a coordinated look and feel to the environment.
